Hello on this gloomy Tuesday afternoon! We had a tiny bit of sunshine yesterday and then the wind and rain started! Today it's just downright cold and cloudy! I am so ready for spring and summer and we haven't even had much winter yet!! I need the sun!!! Another pink card today, I just seem to gravitate toward that color, do any of you do that? I will probably need to push myself to choose a different color scheme next, but oh, Valentines is near and how can you possibly resist pinks, and reds and whites??? Not me! This one will be for my Mom, I am always trying to make a card with some meaning and since we have 6 kids in our family, the six hearts seemed to be a perfect choice for her!! I apologize for the dark pictures, but there is no sunlight available today! I made a criss-cross card and added a belly band that most of the embellishments are on! The Maggie is Ribbon Tilda from the Christmas Collection, I love that she can be used for so many different reasons!! The flowers are Prima and I colored with my prismacolor pencils, of course and the skin with the prismacolor markers. I swear someday I am going to work with copics!!!!! But for now, my pencils are my comfort zone! The paper is from MME, the Lost and Found collection... I LOVE this paper!!!! I have a quiet night coming up, Bill is going to the hunting store and dinner for a guys night out, so I have time to play with my stamps and pencils!! I have a lot of Saturated Canary images just begging to be colored... they are soooo beautiful... another obsession!!! Have a wonderful evening and week!!
Hugs,
Teri

Hi Teri thanks for your comments on my blog! Your creations are so pretty I love them! I often migrate towards pink lol! I'm glad you are becoming a saturated canary addict I honestly can't get enough of them, good job I'm on the DT (still can't believe that you know!) So thrilled you also use pencils, I'm soooo in my comfort zone with them I wonder if I will ever try anything else! For my skin colours I use PC927, PC939, PC1092 and PC1034 as my faves (I have the 132 set) I have never done a tutorial as I take soooo long I worry it would be far too boring lol! Will be coming back to visit you more often now I have found you!
